This project focused on documenting a real community gathering with children, families, volunteers, activities, and shared moments. The goal was to capture genuine participation, community energy, joy, connection, and purpose-driven storytelling in a way that felt honest, bright, and useful for the organization’s outreach.

The starting price shown is for smaller nonprofit or community event coverage. Larger events, longer coverage, multiple locations, same-day delivery, video add-ons, and campaign usage will require a custom quote.

Pricing usually starts at:

• Small community event coverage: Starting at $300
• Half-day nonprofit event coverage: Starting at $600+
• Full-day nonprofit event coverage: Starting at $1,100+
• Full event content package with photo and storytelling coverage: Starting at $1,500+

Final pricing may vary depending on event length, location, number of final images, turnaround time, coverage needs, editing level, usage, and licensing.
