How do custom projects work?

Do I purchase services directly?
Most services begin with a quote request instead of direct checkout.
This allows me to review your project first, confirm the details, and make sure the price matches the actual scope. Once everything is confirmed, you’ll receive next steps for booking, payment, scheduling, or production.
Can you shoot products if I’m not local?
Yes. Remote product shoots are available.
Brands can ship products directly to me for photography or content production. After the shoot, products can be returned, held temporarily for additional content, or handled based on the project agreement.
This is ideal for e-commerce brands, fashion labels, product-based businesses, and companies managing inventory remotely.
Where are you based?
Dayvawn & Co. is based in New York City and works throughout NYC and surrounding areas.
Travel is available for select projects. Travel costs are quoted separately based on location, schedule, and production needs.
How far in advance should I book?
Booking 1 to 2 weeks in advance is recommended for most projects.
Larger productions, events, campaigns, travel projects, and multi-product shoots may require additional lead time.
What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround depends on the type and size of the project.
Typical timelines are:
• 3 to 7 business days for photography
• 7 to 14 business days for video
• Custom timelines for Shopify, branding, and marketing projects
Rush delivery may be available depending on schedule and scope.
Do you provide raw files?
Raw files are not included by default.
All final deliverables are professionally selected, edited, and prepared to meet brand and quality standards. Raw file licensing may be available for select commercial projects upon request and will be quoted separately.
How can I use the images or videos?
Usage rights are confirmed as part of the custom quote.
Most projects include standard usage for websites, social media, e-commerce, and digital marketing. Paid advertising, extended campaign usage, print usage, or exclusive licensing may require additional licensing.
Do you handle Google Ads and tracking setup?
Yes. I offer Google Ads setup and management, including campaign structure, conversion tracking, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Merchant Center support, Performance Max, and Shopify integration.
These services are designed to connect creative work with measurable performance so your visuals, store, and ads work together.
Do you offer Shopify website support?
Yes. Shopify services include store setup, product page support, collection organization, app setup, theme customization, visual cleanup, product descriptions, and ongoing management.
Shopify pricing depends on store size, number of products, design needs, integrations, and level of support required.
Do you offer branding services?
Yes. Branding services can include logo design, typography, color palette, visual direction, brand identity systems, and creative guidance.
This is ideal for new brands, businesses refreshing their look, or companies that need more consistency across their website, content, ads, and social platforms.
Do you offer NDAs or confidentiality?
Yes. NDAs and confidentiality agreements are available for unreleased products, campaigns, brand launches, and sensitive creative projects.
Do you offer printed products or merchandise?
Dayvawn & Co. may offer select physical products, merchandise, or printed items.
Physical products are handled differently from creative services and may be eligible for returns depending on the item. Custom, personalized, or commissioned physical items are final sale.
Do you charge sales tax?
Creative services are generally handled differently from physical merchandise.
Physical products, printed items, apparel, or shipped goods may require sales tax where applicable. Any taxable items will be clearly identified during checkout or invoicing.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Cancellations or reschedules must be requested in writing at least 48 hours in advance.
Deposits are non-refundable. At my discretion, a deposit may be applied to a future date if the project is rescheduled with proper notice.
Cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled shoot may result in forfeiture of all fees.

Return & Refund Policy
Overview
Dayvawn & Co. provides creative services, digital deliverables, and select physical merchandise. Because most creative work is custom, time-based, and project-specific, return and refund eligibility depends on the type of product or service purchased.

Creative Services
All creative service purchases are final once a project is booked, confirmed, scheduled, or production has begun.
This includes, but is not limited to:

• Google Ads setup or management
• Marketing, consulting, and digital strategy services
Creative services require planning, scheduling, preparation, production time, and reserved availability. Once a project is confirmed, time and resources are committed specifically to that project.
Refunds are not provided for completed, in-progress, booked, scheduled, or delivered creative work.
Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable.
A deposit reserves time, planning, preparation, and production availability for your project. Once a deposit is paid, that time is held for you and may no longer be available to other clients.
At our discretion, a deposit may be applied to a future date if proper notice is given and the project can be rescheduled.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked service, written notice must be provided at least 48 hours in advance.
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Rescheduling is subject to availability
• Rescheduling is not guaranteed
• Cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled shoot or project date may result in forfeiture of all fees
• Missed appointments, late arrivals, or lack of communication may affect the final deliverables or project timeline
If a project is delayed due to missing information, late product shipment, lack of client response, unpaid balances, or a change in project direction, additional fees may apply.
Digital Deliverables
All delivered images, videos, designs, files, and digital assets are considered accepted once delivered.
Because digital work cannot be physically returned, refunds are not available once files have been delivered.
This includes:
• Edited photos
• Video files
• Logos or brand assets
• Website graphics
• Digital campaign assets
• Downloadable files
• Custom design work
• Shopify or marketing assets
• Social media or advertising content
Minor revisions may be included only if they were agreed upon in the original project scope. Additional revisions, new creative direction, or changes outside the approved scope may require an additional fee.
Client Approval & Project Scope
Projects are completed based on the approved scope, creative direction, and deliverables agreed upon before production begins.
Changes requested after a project has started may affect pricing, timeline, and delivery.
A refund will not be issued because of a change in preference, a change in direction, or a request that falls outside the original agreement.
Merchandise & Physical Goods
Physical merchandise sold through Dayvawn & Co., including branded items and non-custom physical goods, may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
• The item must be unused
• The item must be in original condition
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows signs of wear, damage, use, misuse, alteration, or missing packaging.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If a physical item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photo documentation.

Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, or platform.
