Overview
Dayvawn & Co. provides creative services and select physical merchandise. Because services and digital deliverables are custom in nature, return eligibility depends on the type of product purchased.
Please review the sections below carefully before completing your purchase.
Creative Services (Non-Refundable)
Due to the custom and time-based nature of photography, videography, branding, and digital services, all service purchases are final once booked or production has begun.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Product photography
• Portrait, lifestyle, editorial, or event photography
• Video production
• Brand development
• Shopify setup
• Google Ads management
• Marketing and digital consulting
Once a service is purchased, production time, planning, and creative resources are reserved exclusively for your project.
Refunds are not provided for completed, in-progress, or delivered creative work.
Cancellations & Rescheduling (Services)
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked service, written notice must be provided at least 48 hours in advance.
• Deposits are non-refundable
• At our discretion, deposits may be applied to a future date
• Cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled shoot may result in forfeiture of all fees
Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
Digital Deliverables
All delivered images, videos, designs, and digital files are considered accepted upon delivery.
Due to the digital nature of these products, refunds or returns are not available once files have been delivered.
Merchandise & Physical Goods (30-Day Return Policy)
Physical merchandise sold through our store, including branded items and non-custom physical goods, may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
• The item must be unused and in original condition
• The item must be returned in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If a physical item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photo documentation.
If approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
• A replacement
• Store credit
• A refund
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following are final sale and non-returnable:
• Custom merchandise
• Personalized items
• Commissioned prints
• Creative services
• Digital products
Shipping Products to Us (For Photography Services)
If physical products are shipped to us for photography services:
• Clients are responsible for all shipping costs to and from the studio
• Products must be insured by the sender
• We are not responsible for shipping carrier loss or damage
Returned items will be shipped back using the agreed-upon method.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds for eligible physical merchandise will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
