Due to the custom and digital nature of photography, videography, and creative services, all sales are final once a project has been booked or production has begun.
Creative Services
Photography, videography, branding, and digital services are non-refundable after work has started. This includes but is not limited to:

Product photography

Portrait, lifestyle, editorial, or event photography

Video production

Brand development, Shopify setup, or marketing services
Once a service is purchased, time, planning, and production resources are reserved exclusively for your project.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked service, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

Deposits are non-refundable

At our discretion, deposits may be applied to a rescheduled date or future project
Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled shoot or production date may result in forfeiture of all fees.
Products & Shipped Items
If physical products are shipped to us for photography:

Clients are responsible for all shipping costs to and from the studio

Products must be insured by the sender

We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping
Any products returned after completion will be shipped back using the method agreed upon during checkout or communication.
Merch, Prints, or Physical Goods
Custom merchandise, prints, or physical products created from your project are final sale and non-returnable, except in cases of damage or manufacturing defect.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos.
Digital Deliverables
All delivered images, videos, and digital files are considered accepted upon delivery.
Refunds are not provided for completed or delivered digital work.
